KissKh respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
How to send a takedown notice
Email admin@kisskhhd.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this website of the material you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material when appropriate. We may forward the notice to the person who posted it. Many video players on this site are embedded from third-party hosts; for files hosted elsewhere you may also need to contact the hosting service directly.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate access for users who are repeatedly the subject of valid notices. Knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences.
